Dallas and Back

I am so sad to be leaving east Texas today. It feels like home more than where i have been living for the past five years. I feel at home with Brad and i am a lot closer to my own family so that they can come visit. My plane departs at 7pm and then its back to work. I have a lot of things to get done with for school and some of them i am really excited about!
I threw tree huge platters last week that i think look really good and i cannot wait to apply some glaze a fire them! They should turn out pretty nice.
I also mentioned some big new outta Dallas,
Well as it turns out Brad wanted to take me to pick out and look at engagement rings! i was so excited and the visit was overwhelming we got to look at dozen of diamonds and hundreds of bands! :)) it was sooo fun for both of us! I am not sure which one he will end up choosing but there were a couple that really impressed us.
I am definitely going to miss Dallas.

Hello World ;)

So I have been trying to avoid this blog for a while, just to stay away from internet during the whole break and really get my life aligned again. But I am reminded that this little blog here, this is mine, its my outlet and my guide through my own thoughts.
So I carry on.
Many many new things going on these days and the new year brought even more changes.
LAST LAST LAST!!! semester of classes....oh, i know i will miss it so much, all the art that is...not so much the deadlines and grades.
so sad this is my last semester to really get any clay work i want outta me, till i can afford my own wheel and kiln....very sad.(pictures soon to follow of the clay room development)
Also, making the time to get into the darkroom, its becoming so expensive BUT I LOVE IT! :)

Also, beep beep beep flashing news break.....Brad and I made it through the storm. dont want to ever rehash it, but i can confidently say that we are together on the same page now and we are MORE in love then ever. We agree that this was all better for us more than it hurt us.

So with that, this weekend i will be in the Dallas area....I leave for Dallas at 5 am Thursday yuck.....but at least i can sit back and let the pilot drive.
There will also a surprise blog via Dallas that is HUGE NEWS!!! i wont spoil it now.

Another note I just downloaded a blogger app for my phone....so no excuses not to vent and blog!
i just want to be able to look back a year from now and have a kept record of what i have over come and accomplished.
I also have a big commitment coming up!

my goal is to start next week on the 1st...therefore i am finished just before graduation, and hopefully looking good. MUST keep myself accountable!!!!! so important.
